Sharing His Joy with others

God has been impressing on my heart for a long time the importance of sharing His joy with others, especially as my family has experienced so much tragedy and is walking day by day in a valley of sorrow. How then can I speak of joy? How then can I share joy with others? Only through the amazing grace of my incredible Savior. For He truly does give beauty for ashes. Sorrow may last for the night, but He does bring joy even in the midst of the mourning.

Over the past few months, in response to God’s leading, I have written a book about His goodness in the midst of our sorrow. I will be sharing portions of my book on this site.

    • You are my first comment! My sister and I are just setting this blog up this evening. Thanks for the encouragement! Pray that I’ll have the follow-through. For what God calls us to, He gives us the desire and the power to complete.

  • Thanks for sharing your story! I too walked through a tragic time in my marriage that dealt with the betrayal of an affair and I too am working on a book telling my story of God’s healing and restoration power! I am so thankful that you are making yourself vulnerable to share something so intimate and personal. There are so many women out there going through similar situations and they have no hope but reading your story may be the one thing that gives them hope to find joy in their mourning.. Be blessed my sister!!!
